Floral Design Kit deliveries arrive the day prior to any scheduled class. Our Floral Design Kits are shipped Overnight Priority because they contain fresh cut flowers. Generally, Overnight Priority shipments are delivered before 10am to ensure freshness. Due to COVID-19, FedEx is unable to guarantee that deliveries will arrive before 10am. However, they are the highest priority to be delivered in your area. If you checked the box to accept delivery updates, you will receive text messages from FedEx to the mobile phone number provided. Upon delivery, please relocate your Floral Design Kit to a climate-controlled environment as soon as possible & proceed to follow the provided instructions at tailoredtwig.com/instructions.

Vessels are shipped from our studio on a monthly basis. Your vessel will arrive before the first class of the month. Throughout the month, Tailored Twig’s Virtual Design Studio will cover multiple designs utilizing the same vessel.
